Is Cos Angle Always Positive? [Solved]
They are not always positive. For example, the cosine of 120 degrees is -1/2. Sometimes when you are working on a problem there will be constraints that force the angle to be in a range where the cosine is positive (and therefore so is the secant).
Explaining why in different quadrant the angle sine, cosine, and tangent are positive or negative.
At the begging of the video, I told 4th quadrant instead of the 3rd quadrant. Sorry for that error.
