Oklahoma specifically exempts “hemp” from the definition of “marijuana,” which is the state’s prohibited form of cannabis. The new laws also declare that hemp-derived THC’s are not classified alongside other THC’s in the state, therefore Delta-8 is legal in Oklahoma.

Why I Stay Away From Delta-8, THC-O, HHC, etc

So recently there’s been a big rise in these compounds and as time has gone on I’ve liked the idea of them less and less.
